**130 CENTRE ST DANVERS, MA** we are located in the Schoolhouse building (large gray building with two white doors on the front- you’ll see it when you first enter Wadsworth Village). Our private entrance is in the rear of the SCHOOLHOUSE building. You can park along the fence to the left of the building or there are spaces in the rear of the building. Please walk to the back of the building- we are the last door- you will see our big gray order pickup box outside our door and our sign, come on in!
Client comfort and peace of mind is top priority for us.If your child has any sensory sensitivities, nerves, or any needs that require extra special care, please let us know so that we can make this process easy and enjoyable for them.
Before you arrive: Please have hair detangled. Detangling taking longer than 10 minutes is subject to a $25 fee- We cannot stress how much we don't want to charge this fee and prefer that you arrive ready for your service. We recommend you wear old clothing and bring towels to cover the seats in the car as our natural, oil based treatment products can stain. We are not responsible for any personal property.
Parties arriving with less than the number of scheduled guests will be charged a $20pp fee. We have a set amount of time for the size of your party so if you have any changes please alert us no less than an 90 minutes before your scheduled time.
For the home: Before your appt please strip bedding of the person(s) you know are positive and put in a hot wash/hot dry. Bag up recently used brushes and hair accessories and put in a Ziploc and freeze overnight. Set aside stuffed animals- you don't need to put everything in trash bags. It is HIGHLY unlikely for lice to spread environmentally. You don't have to throw anything away.
Appointments taking place on holidays are subject to a $25pp fee that goes in full to your technician.
We strongly recommend that all household members get checked-Please refer to the information on this website located in the "treatment options" page relating to our industry standard 30 day guarantee and if you want to add anyone onto your appointment time please let us know ASAP.
As you can imagine, we do our best to stay on schedule. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes after their scheduled time will be charged a late fee.
Feel free to bring any book, ipad, etc that will keep your child(ren) occupied. Our process is quick + efficient, but distractions are encouraged. We do not have public wifi, please plan accordingly.
**Alert our staff of any allergies to canola oil, dimethicone, or any product ingredients.
**we allow snacks and drinks but no peanuts/treenuts.
