In order to obtain our 30 day guarantee, as an industry standard, every household member must be screened and treated if needed either on site or with our DIY kit. We also strongly recommend a preventative oil treatment for negative household members. If you obtain services from another Lice professional it voids our 30 day guarantee even if the screening/treatment protocol was followed.
