In the unlikely circumstance that a re-infestation occurs, we will redo any removal services within 30 days free of charge. In order to obtain our 30 day guarantee, as an industry standard, every household member must be screened. We also strongly recommend a preventative oil treatment for negative household members. If positive, they must be be treated by our staff or use our DIY kit to treat off site.  If you obtain services from another Lice professional it voids our 30 day guarantee even if the screening/treatment protocol was followed.
